New Regulations for
1st Aid & CPR

One Class: 4 hours
Two classes: 2 hours each

 

Course is intended to cover:

  • OSHA’s Subpart D 1926.50.
  • This is a fundamental training program in emergency care designed for the construction industry.
  • CPR and other important emergency skills are combined into a single course.
  • Topics covered include:
    Primary assessment, ABC’s, one person CPR, Choking conditions, bleeding,
    management, moving patients, and injury assessment.
Note: Must have previous 1st Aid and CPR Training to take the refresher course.

The course is approved by the Dept. of Commerce for 4 hours of Continuing Education Credit for Master /Journeyman Plumbers and Master / Journeyman Res. Sewer.

Cost of the program is $90 per person for WUCA members or PW-IIP contributors. $115 per person for non-members. Registration includes student manual and instruction. Due to the nature of course material, classes are limited to twenty (12) people per session. No refund for no-shows.

This class can be held at the WUCA office, Platt office or your office. Travel cost may apply.
