Special Note: For the past fifteen years, WUCA maintains both union and merit shop contractor membership. By checking no, you retain your merit shop status. However, union contractors signatory to the various water, sewer and tunnel agreements in six-county areas of Milwaukee, Washington, Waukesha, Ozaukee, Kenosha and Racine must provide bargaining rights to the association. The contractor members present at their next monthly meeting must approve all applications for membership.
